Arrival and departure
We will determine this together in advance via WhatsApp.

Cleaning costs
The cleaning fees we charge are based on the normal time it takes to clean our large house for new guests and we want to avoid charging even more.

That's why we have a checklist on the refrigerator, so that you know exactly how to avoid extra cleaning costs and get your deposit back in full.

TOYS
- Put away toys inside and outside (please keep incomplete games separate). Balls and go-karts etc. back behind the fence

BEDROOMS/SHOWER
- Please wear NO shoes upstairs, this is to prevent damage to the laminate and it is also nice for you if you walk barefoot (otherwise vacuum yourself before leaving - vacuum cleaner in the central heating cupboard opposite the toilet upstairs)
- After packing your suitcases, remove any used bedding (mattress protector, pillow protector, fitted sheet and duvet cover) and then place the duvet and pillow on the bed.
- Roller shutters completely up or completely down
- Collect wet towels separately in the shower or bath

KITCHEN
- Use oven with baking paper
- Tidying up the kitchen: make sure everything is clean and put back in the cupboard, in the right place (see labels)
- Clean countertops and dining tables with a damp cloth

FINALLY
- Garbage taken away (left residual waste container, next to it cardboard/paper, right glass) and placed in the appropriate containers at the waste street behind the large car park
- Empty barbecues and brush grills dry
- Energy : - Heating in bedrooms and bathroom upstairs at 0, make sure lights are off
and check that the tap in the downstairs toilet is closed properly. Living room door to the hall closed.
