- Outside only. We often have (small) children as guests, so please make sure you put out your cigarette in the ashtray. There is a covered smoking area at the apartment and under the veranda.
MUSIC
- Music in the garden - in any form - is NOT allowed.
- You can play music inside (we have several CDs and you can link your favorite playlist). If you still have a nice time inside late at night, close the windows so there is no noise outside
- REST IN THE PARK
- During the day you can have fun together in the garden and talk and laugh with each other.
- According to the rules of the park, there may be no nuisance, so make sure that no one is bothered by your fun and especially that no one is bothered by you after 10 p.m.
- That's why we always want to be able to reach someone by phone, so that we can indicate that we have received a report, so that you can take that into account. During your stay you can also call me 24/7.
- If we cannot reach you, or if we receive further complaints during your stay regarding persistent nuisance after the first warning, we may retain the deposit.
- If the nuisance continues, we can unilaterally terminate the agreement and we can decide not to allow any more stays for the following nights and deny you access to the holiday home without refund of the rental amount.
- If we as the owner are fined for your nuisance, it will be recovered from you and still paid by you, even if this amount is higher than the deposit paid.
TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE AND ALL THE STUFF
- Our guests are careful with the stuff; if something is broken or goes , please report this, so we can replace it and other guests don't have to miss out on the disappointment. If a game is incomplete, keep it separate.
- Beds are for SLEEPING only, not jumping on.
Jumping is allowed outside on the trampoline , but only in socks or bare feet.
- For your own hygiene, to avoid extra costs and to preserve the floor above, we request that you do NOT wear shoes upstairs. If not, vacuum and sweep the floor and stairs above before departure (or pay extra cleaning costs)
- The house is flexible: you can put beds, cots or dining tables in a different place, provided you carry them back together when you leave.
- There is a lot of inventory in the kitchen. Make sure that kitchen inventory goes into the cupboard clean .
There are many toys inside and outside. Please tidy them up as best as possible before leaving.
- Roller shutters should be FULLY open or FULLY closed , especially in strong winds or storms.
Check skylights before you leave to prevent rain from entering.
