Cancellation

• Once the application is final, it is no longer possible for anyone else to book with us.
  
  
• In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival of the stay, 50% of the rental amount is due.
  
  
• In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to arrival or in case of premature termination of the stay, 100% is due.
  
  
• TIP: Consider whether cancellation insurance is wise. Check whether cancellation insurance is possible before you book via a booking platform
  or your current insurance person or search online.
